Grandparents’ Rights.  Grandparents have certain custody rights that can be enforced in the State of California.  The rules for obtaining and exercising those rights are complex, and the hurdles to winning such cases are daunting.  However, if you believe it is in the best interests of the children to obtain or deny a grandparents’ custody rights, we have the experience and knowledge to help you.
